Business Development Executive
Grow Prepson's institutional business. Bring schools, government bodies, and NGOs onto the platform and earn generous commission on every deal you close.
What you will do
- β’ Find and reach out to schools, state governments, and NGOs across Nigeria.
- β’ Walk them through what Prepson does for their students and answer their questions.
- β’ Negotiate and close deals on annual, multi-year, and lifetime plans.
- β’ Stay in touch after the sale so students actually use the platform and the school renews.
- β’ Represent Prepson well in every meeting and every message.
Who we are looking for
- β’ Real experience selling to businesses or institutions. Field sales is a strong plus.
- β’ Solid understanding of how Nigerian schools work and what school owners care about.
- β’ Existing relationships with schools, NGOs, or government offices. This is not required, but it helps a lot.
- β’ Confident, clear, and friendly communicator in English. Local languages are a bonus.
- β’ Comfortable with travel across states when a deal calls for it.
- β’ Self-driven. You do not wait to be told what to do next.
- β’ Honest. You will have discount authority in the field and we need to trust your word.
What we offer
- β’ Generous commission on every deal you close and on every year the school renews.
- β’ Bonuses when you hit specific milestones during the year.
- β’ Real discount authority so you can close deals without waiting on approval.
- β’ Approved travel costs are covered when we ask you to go on the road.
- β’ A product that schools actually want, so your conversations start warm.
